Since 2021, more than 40 independent hotels have trusted the company's expertise to launch, reinvent, or elevate their properties. The division functions as an innovation lab where startups, property revitalization, management strategies, and cutting-edge marketing strategies come together seamlessly.
In 2017, the group expanded into the culinary world with Diana's Place Bistrò, a gourmet sanctuary in Rome where fine wines and Mediterranean cuisine create an unforgettable sensory experience.
A major breakthrough came in 2021 with a prestigious alliance with Hyatt Corporation. This partnership brought forth collaborations with The Tribune Hotel (part of JdV by Hyatt) and the highly anticipated Thompson Rome—a property embodying the future of lifestyle hospitality.
To streamline this expanding empire, the company established Hotels Gest Italia S.P.A. in 2024 as the central hub coordinating all the group's properties.
